This page will be used to communicate any updates for standing pre-orders.

PRE-ORDER PERIOD FOR ITA BAGS: ENDED SEPT. 15TH - BAGS BEGIN SHIPPING IN JAN./FEB.

Once they are received, we will begin packing them based on earliest order date. You will receive a shipping notification once we reach your specific order in the queue. Please be patient as there is 300+ orders for us to sort, package and ship - This is why we give an estimated quote of Jan/Feb for orders to begin shipping.

1/16 Update: Ita Bags have begun shipping, please keep an eye on your e-mail for shipping confirmations, batches of orders are dropped off every Friday - if your order is in the batch you will receive your shipping confirmation.
We are estimating to have all bags shipped by Feb.7th

IF YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS PLEASE DO SO ASAP! WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS IF THE BAG HAS ALREADY SHIPPED - YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR A PACKAGE INTERCEPTION WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE (please contact them directly, we cannot do this for you.)

INTL: PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PACKAGE! IF YOU DO NOT RETRIEVE IT FROM YOUR POST OR PAY YOUR APPLICABLE TAXES/FEES, IT CAN TAKE MONTHS FOR US TO RECEIVE IT BACK IN ORDER TO RESHIP IT (YOU WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A RESHIPMENT FEE!!)

If not related to a address update, PLEASE refrain from sending status inquiries as we cannot give accurate estimates on specific orders being shipped due to the size of the queue! Be patient and wait for your shipment confirmation e-mail!
