I'm an independent artist who creates fandom-related Merchandise and original content. This US Based shop is operated Monday-Friday 9am - 8pm PST, when contacting please allow 24-48 hours for response.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

All In-Stock Orders will be shipped within 10 business days from order date.
Cancellation Requests must be made within 48 hours of order date - Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • ADDRESS UPDATES/MISTAKES:
    You are responsible for ensuring your address information is correct upon purchase! If you have supplied an incorrect address, you are responsible for any fees for reshipment that occur! ($4 US, $16 INTL.)
    You must notify the shop IMMEDIATELY to correct any address mistakes, if you do not notify before shipment is made and the package cannot be recovered, shop owner cannot guarantee replacement. (case-by-case, dependent on inventory, ect.) 
    Please verify your address during check-out!

  • DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT:
    Due to the nature of shipping domestic and internationally with USPS, sometimes packages get damaged during shipment. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving package via the contact form. You will be asked to supply photos of the damage and shop will access the options for replacement or refund. Replacements are subject to inventory availability, and sold out items may not be replaced in these cases.

  • MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS:
    This shop is run by a single party, who packs all the orders themselves- due to human error, I may make a mistake! Please let me know asap if you have missing or incorrect items in your order, and I am happy to help resolve the issue! Photos may be requested to verify.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    All International Orders are shipped via USPS and transferred to your local countries delivery service. Shipping for all non-US countries may take up to 35 Days to receive. 
    If you have not received your package within 35 days, please contact us- You have up to 60 days from SHIPMENT DATE to submit claims on lost/damaged INTL packages, if you do not contact within this time frame we cannot guarantee a refund for any lost items.

UK/EU/AUS/ECT.: Please be aware of the VAT that your country charges.
We DO NOT COLLECT/PAY VAT FEES, you are responsible for any required additional charges based on your country up receipt of package.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only offered on damaged products. We do not facilitate returns or exchanges on orders. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to see credited.



FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

  • What is a Pre-Order?:
    
    Pre-Order Items are items that have not yet been manufactured, these items are sold via Pre-Order Periods to help us access how many to order and guarantees you the item without risk of missing out because of stock selling out!
    Manufacturing begins after the Pre-Order Period closes, and ships typically within 1-2 months after manufacturing begins. Some specialty items take longer than this time frame - please read item desc. for more information on the specific items approximate release date. These are subject to change if there is impact to shipping or manufacturing times.

  • Can I order In-Stock and Pre-Order Items together?:
    
    Yes! Please be aware that your order will not ship until all items are ready for shipment. We do not split your order to ship faster, if you would like to receive your in-stock orders quickly, you will need to place the orders separately and pay the respective shipping costs.

  • When will this item restock?:
    RESTOCKS ARE NOT GUARANTEED! Due to the nature of creating new merchandise, some older designs get phased out in the process. If an item is sold out, it may be restocked in the next store update. If an item is marked as CLEARANCE, it will not be coming back!
    We do not have a set schedule for restocking. E-mail inquiries will not be responded to in regards to restocks.
    Some Items, such as Ita Bags, are specialty ordered and will never be consistently in-stock! These items have to be purchased during a pre-order period.

  • Can I cancel a Pre-Order?:
    All cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase!
    Any request to cancel a pre-order is dealt on a case-by-case basis, and may be denied depending on the stage of production we are in for said items.
    Cancelling a pre-order may result in permanent ban from any future purchases through this store.

  • Can I change the address on a Pre-Order?:
    Yes! Please contact us ASAP with the new address information so we can get it updated for you. If you do not provide updated address information before orders begin shipping, you will need to contact your local USPS with your shipping information in order to request an interception or hold the package for collection at your local USPS.
    You are responsible for any fees charged by USPS for these services.
    Address Forward Requests DO NOT COVER PACKAGES! It will still deliver to the original address!

  • Can I add items to an existing order?:
    Yes! If the order has not shipped yet, please contact us with a list of the items and quantities you would like to add to your standing order. We will send an updated manifest that you will need to complete payment on in order to complete the update. Submit these requests via the Contact Form and please enter the Order Number for your standing order into the applicable box. Reminder: the pre-order/in-stock shipping policy applies, your order will not ship until all items are ready.

  • Can I split an order to be shipped to different addresses?:
    No! You will need to place separate orders with their respective addresses and pay the separate shipping fees.

  • I do not see my question answered here:
    Please contact us via the contact form with any other questions. If you do not have an order number, you may enter 0000 in order to submit the form without it.
Anyone requesting last minute pre-order cancellations or otherwise using abusive behavior towards the shop, including behaviors that go against the rules outlined above will be blacklisted and will not be permitted purchases from the shop in the future.

By placing an order through this store, you are agreeing to all rules and restrictions outlined above and understand the terms within them.
